Convatec is seeking an IT Delivery Leader to shape global IT delivery, govern performance, and accelerate automation across SAP and non-SAP applications. You will engage IT leaders, delivery teams, partners, and vendors to translate complex challenges into practical, measurable improvements.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in business, information technology, or a related field.
• ITIL 4, PRINCE2 or SAFe CSP certification is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Cross Functional Service Delivery: Ensure reliable and efficient delivery of cross functional services across IT Delivery Business Applications.
• Performance Management: Establish and maintain KPIs, dashboards and reporting across application operations and the delivery portfolio.
• Automation and Continuous Improvement: Identify, prioritize and implement opportunities to automate recurring service requests, technical operations, delivery processes and reporting activities across SAP and non-SAP applications.
• Application Service Stabilization: Support the stabilization and transformation of business-critical application services through governance, delivery models and improvement roadmaps.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Maintain relationships with IT leadership, Delivery Leads, business partners and stakeholders; communicate performance and outcomes.
• Partner and Vendor Management: Manage strategic delivery partners and external resources with aligned objectives and quality standards.
• Risk and Quality Management: Identify and manage operational risks; ensure services meet quality and compliance requirements.
• Technology Enablement: Monitor technology developments and promote workflow automation, analytics and AI to improve delivery efficiency.
• IT delivery leadership: Experience in global IT service delivery and application operations across SAP and non-SAP environments.
• Consulting experience: Strong consulting background to translate strategy into measurable results.
• Automation and innovation: Implement workflow automation, analytics and AI to improve efficiency and service quality.
