Job summary

City Electric Supply is seeking an experienced EDI Integrations Team Lead to manage the data exchange systems within CES and with suppliers and customers. You will document, assess, design, and implement EDI solutions; onboard partners, and help migrate to a centralized third-party platform.

You will lead the EDI team, train users, and coordinate with IT and project teams throughout project lifecycles to deliver effective data interchange solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience leading EDI/integration projects.
• Ability to document current setups and design solutions.
• Experience onboarding customers/suppliers to third-party vendors.
• Strong communication with IT and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Document and assess the current EDI and integrations setup.
• Implement, test, and adjust EDI integrations with customers and suppliers.
• Meet with customers and suppliers to understand data interchange needs and design EDI solutions.
• Onboard customers and suppliers with third party vendors.
• Serve as the point of contact for CES relationships with customers and suppliers.
• Support and maintain the existing EDI model and periodic updates.
• Lead migrations to centralized, third-party platforms.
• Train customers and suppliers on EDI usage.
• Model processes and identify improvements.
• Lead and prioritize the EDI team workload.
• Collaborate with IT project teams across lifecycles.
