Job summary

Convatec is seeking a global IT Delivery Leader to shape the future of IT delivery across SAP and non‑SAP applications. You will drive performance governance, accelerate automation and align partners to deliver trusted business solutions that create measurable value across the organization.

You will lead cross‑functional teams, establish KPIs and dashboards, and partner with executives to translate complex challenges into practical improvements while enabling transformational change at a global

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, information technology or related field.
• ITIL 4, PRINCE2 or SAFe CSP certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive delivery excellence across the IT Delivery Business Applications portfolio.
• Establish KPIs, dashboards and governance for performance monitoring.
• Identify opportunities to automate recurring service requests and improve processes.
• Stabilize and transform business-critical application services with governance and roadmaps.
• Engage with IT leadership, delivery leads, business partners and vendors to communicate progress and decisions.
• Manage strategic delivery partners and external resources to meet objectives and quality standards.
• Proactively identify operational risks and ensure compliance and quality requirements.
• Promote technology enablement, analytics and AI to improve efficiency.
