This remote role will drive AI, MVDA, and advanced analytics across a global manufacturing network, shaping investment cases and governance.

The role requires driving improvements in quality, efficiency, and compliance while aligning stakeholders and building scalable platforms across sites worldwide.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading digital transformation in complex manufacturing environments.
• Expertise in AI/ML, MVDA, analytics, and Industry 4.0 technologies.
• Strong knowledge of quality systems and regulatory compliance.
• Proven success delivering enterprise-scale transformation across global organisations.

Responsibilities

• Defining and executing global operations’ digital transformation strategy.
• Lead deployment of AI-driven solutions across manufacturing network.
• Lead deployment of MVDA solutions across manufacturing network.
• Drive improvements in quality, efficiency, and compliance.
• Lead global cross-functional programs and stakeholders.
• Develop scalable digital platforms and architectures.
• Ensure regulatory compliance (FDA, ISO, etc.) across all implementations.
• Drive standardization of manufacturing processes and best practices across global sites.
