Qualifications

• Appropriate certification in IT for bootcamp instruction.
• Minimum one year of experience in a training setting, ideally delivering IT certification bootcamps.
• Advanced subject matter expertise preferred.
• Synchronous online teaching preferred.
• Prior experience in curriculum development and instructional design for IT certification bootcamps.

Responsibilities

• Teach synchronous online courses via Microsoft Teams.
• Evenings and weekends scheduling based on course timetable.
• Plan and organize instruction to maximize student learning and engagement.
• Align instructional strategies with CIAT’s adult learner framework and certification readiness.
• Maintain current certifications actively and renew as required.
• Deliver engaging lessons and design updated course materials aligned with college standards.
