Qualifications

• Certification in CompTIA A+/Network+/Security+ or equivalent.
• ISC2 CISSP or cloud certs are preferred.
• Experience with IT certification bootcamps and curriculum development is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Teach synchronous online courses via Microsoft Teams.
• Schedule evenings and weekends as per course calendar.
• Plan and organize instruction to maximize student learning.
• Align teaching with CIAT’s adult learner framework and certification readiness.
• Modify methods to meet diverse student needs and maintain current certifications.
• Develop and update course materials to meet college standards.
• Ensure compliance with accreditation standards and CIAT policies.
