Qualifications

• Certification in IT and security domains listed.
• Minimum one year of training experience in IT certification bootcamps.
• Advanced subject matter expertise preferred.
• Synchronous online teaching experience preferred.
• Curriculum development and instructional design for IT certification bootcamps.
• Familiarity with CertMaster, TestOut, or similar tools.
• Effective presentation and communication skills.
• Flexibility, creativity, and dependability expected.
• Proficient with MS Office and learning tech platforms.

Responsibilities

• Teach synchronous online courses (Microsoft Teams) and adapt to evenings/weekends.
• Maintain and update subject matter certification through renewal.
• Ensure alignment with adult learner framework and CIAT standards.
• Promote compliance with accreditation and college policies.
