Qualifications

• Appropriate certification in the listed programs (see Job Requirements).
• Minimum of one year of experience in a training setting, ideally IT certification bootcamps.
• Familiarity with CertMaster, TestOut or similar training tools; effective presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver synchronous online courses via Microsoft Teams.
• Work evenings and weekends based on course schedule.
• Plan and organize instruction to maximize student learning.
• Align teaching with CIAT’s adult learner framework and certification readiness.
• Maintain current certifications in taught subjects through renewal.
• Design and update course materials to meet college standards.
