Ideal candidates hold active IT certifications (CompTIA, ISC2 CISSP, AWS, Azure) and have at least one year teaching or curriculum development experience in IT bootcamps.

Qualifications

• Certification in CompTIA A+/Network+/Security+ or ISC2 CISSP or AWS/Azure certs.
• Minimum of 1 year training experience, preferably IT certification bootcamps.
• Subject matter expertise and ability to stay current through professional development.
• Synchronous online teaching experience preferred.
• Experience in curriculum development for IT certification bootcamps.

Responsibilities

• Teach synchronous online courses via Microsoft Teams.
• Evening/weekend teaching as per course schedule.
• Plan and organize instruction to maximize learning and engagement.
• Align instructional methods with adult learner framework and certification readiness.
• Maintain up-to-date certifications in taught subjects.
• Develop and update course materials to CIAT standards.
