Job summary

Advocate Health is seeking an IT analyst specializing in Technology Business Management (TBM) and Apptio to support cost transparency, planning, and TBM capabilities. You will work with IT and business units to translate requirements, conduct stakeholder interviews, and develop functional specifications for complex systems.

The role is fully remote with a 40-hour workweek, M-F, and requires a Bachelor’s degree in IT and 3 years’ related experience.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in IT or related field is required.
Minimum 3 years of experience in information systems with business applications analysis.
Hands-on experience configuring and developing models in Apptio TBM Studio.

Responsibilities

Support Apptio Cost Transparency, Planning, TBM Studio and TBM capabilities through config, maintenance, enhancements and data quality controls.
Support benchmarking and survey management: data collection, validation, analysis and timely submission for leadership reporting.
Collaborate with IT and business units to translate business needs into IT requirements.
Conduct stakeholder interviews to define functional requirements and business processes.
Create clear business process mappings showing interdependencies across systems.
Apply IT and business knowledge to formulate actionable requirements and plans.
Contribute to business relationship management, strategy and portfolio/demand planning.
Maintain productive relationships with IT, business peers and external partners.
