Job summary

Advocate Health is seeking a remote, full-time IT analyst focused on TBM and Apptio to drive cost transparency, planning, and reporting. You will partner with IT and business units to translate requirements into effective TBM solutions and maintain process mappings across complex systems.

Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's in IT and at least 3 years in information systems, with hands-on Apptio TBM Studio experience and strong communication across management levels.

Responsibilities

• Support Apptio Cost Transparency, TBM Studio and related TBM capabilities through configuration, maintenance, enhancements, issue resolution, data management, and quality controls.
• Support Benchmarking & Data Management activities, including collection, validation, analysis, and timely submission of benchmark data for leadership reporting.
• Collaborate with IT and business units to develop business cases and requirements to solve technology-related problems.
• Conduct interviews with stakeholders to define functional requirements and translate them into deliverables.
• Create business process mappings showing dependencies across systems and workflows.
• Apply IT and business knowledge to formulate requirements for solutions.
• Assist in relationship management, strategy, and portfolio/demand management.
• Maintain productive relationships with IT, business, and external partners.
