Advocate Health is seeking a remote IT business analyst specialized in TBM and Apptio to support cost transparency, planning and benchmarking. You will translate business needs into cost models and functional designs, collaborating with IT and business units to drive data-driven decisions.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field.
• 3 years of experience in information systems with business applications analysis.
• Hands-on experience configuring and developing models in Apptio TBM Studio.

Responsabilidades

• Support Apptio Cost Transparency, Planning, TBM Studio and related TBM capabilities through configuration, maintenance, enhancements, issue resolution, data management and quality controls.
• Support Benchmarking & Survey Management activities, including collection, validation, analysis and timely submission of benchmark and survey data.
• Work with IT and business units to develop business cases and requirements to solve technology-related business problems.
• Conduct detailed interview sessions with business stakeholders and technical resources to define functional requirements.
• Create business process mappings showing interdependencies between entities.
• Apply IT and business knowledge to formulate business requirements to solve problems.
• May assist in business relationship management, portfolio/demand management.
• Maintain productive relationships with peers, management and external partners.
