Advocate Health seeks a remote Strategy and Planning professional to support TBM and Apptio configurations, data management, and cost transparency initiatives. You will collaborate with IT and business units to translate complex needs into actionable requirements and drive data-driven leadership reporting.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in IT or related field and typically 3 years of experience in information systems with TBM/Apptio experience.

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Typically 3 years of experience in information systems with business applications analysis.
• Hands-on experience configuring and developing models in Apptio TBM Studio.
• Knowledge of TBM concepts and cost transparency.
• Ability to gather requirements and translate them into functional specs.

Responsabilidades

• Support Apptio Cost Transparency, Planning, TBM Studio, and related TBM capabilities through configuration, maintenance, enhancements, issue resolution, data management, and quality controls.
• Support Benchmarking & Survey Management activities, including collection, validation, analysis, and timely submission of benchmark and survey data to inform leadership reporting and decision-making.
• Work with IT consultancy and business units to understand business cases and requirements to solve technology problems.
• Conduct interviews with stakeholders to define functional requirements.
• Create business process mappings showing interdependencies between systems and workflows.
• Apply IT knowledge to formulate functional requirements and plans.
• Assist in business relationship management, strategy and portfolio/demand management.
• Maintain relationships with IT, business, and external partners.
