Job summary

Advocate Health is seeking a remote IT analyst with TBM experience to support Apptio configuration, cost transparency, and TBM planning. You will collect requirements from business stakeholders, map processes, and help translate business needs into technical specifications.

Responsibilities include benchmarking data management, working with IT and business units, and mentoring teammates as TBM capabilities expand. Requires a Bachelor’s in IT and about 3 years of experience in information systems.

Qualifications

Knowledge of Technology Business Management (TBM) principles and Apptio configuration.
Experience supporting TBM processes: cost transparency, planning, reporting and financial management.
Ability to gather requirements from stakeholders and translate into functional specs.

Responsibilities

Configure and maintain TBM-related tools and data for TBM Studio.
Support benchmarking and survey management, including data collection and validation.
Collaborate with IT and business units to define business requirements for tech solutions.
Conduct stakeholder interviews to create functional requirements and process mappings.
Document business processes and interdependencies for complex systems.
