Job summary

Koniag Government Services seeks an experienced Business Analyst to support enterprise technology initiatives, focusing on SharePoint Online and Microsoft Power Platform. You will bridge business stakeholders, leadership, and delivery teams to document, prioritize, and implement requirements across the full lifecycle.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in BA roles within federal IT, strong Power BI and Azure DevOps skills, and experience with agile delivery.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience supporting enterprise O&M initiatives in a Business Analyst capacity.
Minimum of 2 years of experience using Azure DevOps or similar backlog tool.
Experience developing and owning Power BI reporting outputs and dashboards.
Experience supporting agile delivery teams in a federal government IT environment.

Responsibilities

Meet with stakeholders to gather, document, and validate business and operational requirements across enterprise technology initiatives.
Analyze current processes to identify gaps, risks, and opportunities; provide actionable recommendations.
Develop and maintain BA artifacts: functional requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, flow diagrams.
Support requirements traceability and scope management throughout delivery lifecycle.
Provide clarification to development teams to ensure accurate implementation.
Prepare weekly/monthly delivery and operational status reports for leadership and clients.
Analyze backlog, service, and operational data using Excel and Power BI to identify trends.
