Job summary

Wichita Tribal Enterprises (WTE), a Quivera Enterprises subsidiary, seeks an experienced Business Analyst – Quality Management, Intermediate, to support Indian Affairs (IA) and Office of Information Technology (OIT) programs. The role focuses on translating business needs into requirements, creating artifacts, and guiding testing and implementation.

You will provide specialized QA support, document defects, oversee test plans and acceptance criteria, and collaborate with government stakeholders,

Qualifications

Five+ years of experience providing business analysis services to management and technical personnel supporting federal IT investments.
Experience translating business and system requirements into acceptance criteria, test scenarios, tests scripts, and datasets.
Experience supporting system testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), documenting defects and issues, and tracking test outcomes.

Responsibilities

Elicit, analyze, validate, document, and manage business, functional, technical, and system requirements.
Map current and target processes and identify opportunities for improvement and modernization.
Develop user stories, acceptance criteria, and backlogs; prepare documentation for control assessments.
Develop and maintain quality-management requirements, processes, and dashboards.
Support QA, testing, and SDLC activities; document defects and corrective actions.
