Collins Aerospace is actively seeking an Integrated Program Planning & Control (IPP&C) Manager EV Cost Analyst to join our team in a remote role. The position contributes to financial planning and analysis, budgets, and forecasts for major development programs.

The role requires a university degree with 8+ years of relevant experience or an advanced degree with at least 5 years, EVMS background, and experience with Earned Value Cost Engines/Software. Travel up to 10% may be required.

• Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience.
• Program controls and EVMS background
• Experience with Earned Value Cost Engines/Software

Responsibilities

• Provide financial planning and control on large development programs.
• Develop program PMB for earned value management.
• Establish a CWBS and CWBS Dictionary.
• Analyze program cost and schedule performance for leadership.
• Lead month-end processes and data reconciliation.
• Support program reviews and proposals
