Job summary

Collins Aerospace is seeking a Program Finance & Control (PF&C) Manager EV Schedule Analyst to join our Mission Systems team. This role partners with CAMs/IPTs to develop IMS, forecasts costs, and support program execution in a fast-paced environment.

You will produce schedules, perform critical path analysis, support monthly reviews and EAC reporting, and ensure EVMS compliance. Travel up to 10% may be required; active DoD clearance and US citizenship are required.

Qualifications

• University degree and 8+ years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with 5+ years.
• U.S. Citizenship; ability to obtain/maintain DoD security clearance.
• Program controls and EVMS background.
• Microsoft Project or Primavera.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain the Integrated Master Plan (IMP) and IMS.
• Collaborate with schedulers to update the Master schedule.
• Track plans, gather updates, resolve critical path/network logic conflicts.
• Perform schedule risk analysis and driving path analysis.
• Interact with CAMs/IPTs to develop intermediate schedules for IMS.
• Provide schedule-related analytics and forecasts for month-end.
• Support monthly Program Reviews and EAC reporting.
• Ensure EVMS compliance through standardized processes and audits.
• Travel up to 10% as required.
