Ladders seeks an Integrated Program Planning & Control (IPP&C) Manager EV Cost Analyst to join a leader in the Aerospace & Defense space. This remote role drives financial planning, program controls, and Earned Value Management for large development programs.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship. Compensation: $107,500 – $204,500 annually. You will maintain cost baselines, measure performance, and deliver timely reports to program teams and customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of related experience, or an advanced degree with 5+ years.
• Strong background in program controls and EVMS.
• Proficiency in Earned Value Cost Engines/software.

Responsibilities

• Provide financial planning and control on large development programs.
• Develop the Performance Measurement Baseline for project management.
• Analyze cost and schedule performance and identify trends for corrective actions.
• Ensure implementation of, and compliance with, EVMS processes and audits.
• Maintain the program cost baseline and measure performance against it.
• Prepare and submit customer cost and schedule reports.
• Lead program teams through month-end financial processes.

For our client, we are seeking a Integrated Program Planning & Control (IPP&C) Manager EV Cost Analyst to join the team of a leader in the Aerospace & Defense space.

This remote role will support large development programs by driving financial planning, program controls, and Earned Value Management discipline. The position will play a key role in maintaining cost and schedule visibility, supporting month-end financial processes, and ensuring accurate performance measurement across complex defense programs. Cross-functional partnership with program teams and customers will be essential to deliver timely reporting, baseline integrity, and actionable insights.
