Collins Aerospace is seeking an Integrated Program Planning & Control (IPP&C) Manager EV Cost Analyst to join their financial planning team on large development programs. You will develop PMB, establish CWBS, and perform cost/schedule analyses to guide management decisions.

The role requires a university degree with 8+ years of relevant experience (or an advanced degree with 5+ years), EVMS background, and proficiency in MS Office and SAP. Up to 10% travel; salary range 107,500–204,500 USD.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience
• Program controls and EVMS background
• Experience with Earned Value Cost Engines/Software
• MS Office experience
• SAP experience
• Understanding of FP&A concepts
• Experience presenting to leadership

Responsibilities

• Provide effective financial administrative planning and control on large/challenging development programs.
• Develop program Performance Measurement Baseline (PMB) for earned value / project management purposes
• Establish a Contract Work Breakdown Structure (CWBS) and CWBS Dictionary
• Perform analysis of program cost and schedule performance, identifying trends, and providing information to Project Leadership Team for corrective action implementation
• Ensure proper EVMS compliance and audits (DCAA, DCMA)
• Ensure program margin positions are current, accurate, and consistent with program status
• Lead program teams through month end process
• Data reconciliation with accounting system and project cost and schedule
• Provide monthly, quarterly and yearly sales forecasting
• Preparation and analysis of Estimates at Complete (EACs) and complete financial support to assigned program teams
