The role requires 5+ years of progressive IP docketing experience focused on trademarks, with PATTSY experience highly relevant, and strong proofreading and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive Intellectual Property docketing experience focused on trademarks.
• Strong knowledge of US and international trademark docketing deadlines.
• Experience with docketing software, PATTSY preferred.
• Excellent proofreading, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to handle high-volume, deadline-sensitive work independently.

Responsibilities

• Review and process correspondence from USPTO and foreign offices per procedures.
• Maintain trademark docket portfolios and filing logs with accuracy.
• Monitor domestic and international deadlines and calendars.
• Ensure proper docketing of documents from USPTO and other sources.
• Lead docket audits and support matter intakes and data updates.
