YO AI Labs is seeking an experienced Commercial Attorney to support a confidential AI project in a remote, US-based position. The role focuses on reviewing and redlining MSAs, NDAs, and DPAs, with strong emphasis on technology transactions and data protection.

You will draft clear explanations for redlines, apply playbooks, and ensure high-quality legal writing while working independently in a deadline-driven environment.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school, and active U.S. bar admission.
• 4+ years of transactional legal experience at a law firm or in-house.
• Strong knowledge of commercial contract provisions, including limitation of liability, indemnification, confidentiality, and data protection.

Responsabilités

• Review and redline commercial agreements, including MSAs, NDAs, and DPAs.
• Analyze contracts and apply established playbooks and company positions.
• Draft clear explanations supporting redlines and revisions.
• Apply contract drafting, negotiation, and technology transactions expertise.
• Collaborate with project teams to maintain consistent legal standards.
• Ensure accuracy and high-quality legal writing.
