Job summary

IP House UK Holdings Ltd is seeking a Legal Operations Analyst to process IP takedown requests and support responses to law enforcement and privacy matters. You’ll handle high-volume DMCA and trademark notices, collaborate with the Trust & Safety team, and contribute to policy improvements.

Ideal candidates have IP operations experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to present data to inform decisions and track success metrics. Remote US-based role.

Qualifications

• Experience in intellectual property operations, trust and safety, or customer experience.
• Ability to handle a high volume of legal document intake and processing.
• Analytical approach to gathering and presenting data to inform decisions and metrics.
• Knowledge of DMCA and Trademark law, as well as fair use.
• Experience processing DMCA or Trademark requests for content removal.

Responsibilities

• Process large volumes of copyright and trademark takedown requests and counter-notifications
• Track all content removed pursuant to valid takedown requests
• Handle escalations related to the unauthorized use of content
• Work with the Trust & Safety team on IP related content moderation issues
• Identify areas to improve IP policies, processes, and tooling
• Draft response language to common IP questions and issue types
• Research industry standard practices for IP notice and takedown procedures
• Support Legal Operations team across law enforcement and privacy matters
• Occasionally participate in on-call rotation during working hours
