Job summary

Lumenci is hiring a remote Director of Marketing to lead US marketing for a full-lifecycle IP platform. This senior IC role owns events, demand generation, ABM, content, and brand, collaborating with Sales and globally across teams.

The focus is on AI-driven IP strategies and monetization across the US market. You will drive trade shows, client experiences, collateral, campaigns, and thought leadership while aligning with Lumenci’s growth strategy and iLumOS expansion.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of B2B marketing experience, including IP industry, such as IP information and analytics, IP software, IP or legal services, litigation support, or licensing.
• Proven success running trade shows and events from start to finish.
• Track record of demand generation tied to measurable results (leads, pipeline, revenue).
• Experience owning a marketing budget and managing agencies or external partners.
• Strong writing and presentation skills for clear, persuasive content.
• Ability to travel 15–25% for events and client engagements.
• Hands-on, senior IC who can also set strategy and align with sales.
• Ability to collaborate across time zones with global teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead Lumenci's US trade show and conference program end-to-end (AIPLA, IPO, LES) including booth, staffing, materials, and lead capture.
• Plan and execute client dinners and hosted events in key markets.
• Own promotional items, giveaways, and vendor management under company policies.
• Audit collateral and create/update materials for Lumenci services and iLumOS.
• Build tailored presentation slides for sales conversations, conferences, and client meetings.
• Manage webinar, white paper, and use case programs with internal SMEs.
• Ensure case studies and outcomes protect confidentiality and are publication-ready.
• Develop ABM programs and targeted outreach with Sales; coordinate events and digital campaigns.
• Build demand-generation engine using HubSpot with tracking and ROI reporting.
• Guide website content, SEO, and visibility for AI-driven search.
