Job summary

Lumorus is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead the marketing function, shape strategy, and drive campaigns across multiple channels. You will align marketing with sales priorities, guide a team of professionals, and ensure consistent brand messaging and high-impact content.

You will collaborate with Sales and practice leads to optimize lead generation, measure performance, and manage budgets within approved resources. A remote-friendly, high-collaboration role.

Qualifications

• Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field.
• Minimum 5 years’ digital marketing experience with team leadership.
• Experience in SEO, content marketing, email marketing and social media (LinkedIn).
• Strong writing, editing and stakeholder communication skills.
• Ability to interpret marketing data, manage budgets and multi-project coordination.
• Zoho Suite experience including reporting and Sales coordination.
• Experience in B2B marketing within consultancy or tech.

Responsibilities

• Develop annual and quarterly marketing plans aligned with commercial priorities.
• Define target audiences, campaign objectives and messaging for each service.
• Plan budgets, channels and resource requirements for campaigns.
• Develop launch plans for new services and products.
• Lead and develop the marketing team, including interns.
• Coordinate content calendars, website content and campaigns.
• Oversee content and thought leadership, including webinars and podcasts.
• Track KPIs and ROI, report results to leadership.
