Qualifications

• Experience with telematics, IoT, connected devices, fleet technology or related systems.
• Hands-on troubleshooting of technical or connectivity issues.
• Ability to perform root cause analysis and identify recurring problems.
• Troubleshoot hardware, firmware, networks, and SIM/cellular connectivity.

Responsibilities

• Monitor fleet connectivity and identify devices not communicating properly.
• Investigate connectivity failures and perform root cause analysis.
• Validate communication between devices, cloud infra, and customer networks.
• Analyze connectivity trends using monitoring tools and reports.
• Track issues from identification through resolution with updates.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate corrective actions.
• Prioritize issues based on customer impact and business needs.
• Develop clear reports highlighting connectivity risks and improvements.
• Help create standardized troubleshooting processes and docs.
• Support onboarding and readiness for new deployments.
• Assist with projects, reporting, and continuous process improvement.
