Axiom Path is seeking a Connectivity Operations Analyst Telematics & Fleet Connectivity for a remote, long-term contract in Columbus, United States. Qualifications

• Experience with telematics, IoT, or connected devices in digital products or technical environments.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex issues and identify root causes across multiple points of failure.
• Experience analyzing operational data, device status, and connectivity trends.

Responsibilities

• Monitor fleet connectivity across customer accounts and identify devices out of communication.
• Perform root-cause analysis across hardware, firmware, networks, configuration, power, SIM, installation, and customer environment.
• Validate communications between telematics hardware, cloud environments, and customer networks.
• Coordinate corrective actions with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Product, Service, IT, and Customer Success.
• Analyze connectivity trends and fleet health to identify systemic improvements and opportunities.
• Prioritize incidents based on customer impact and business priorities.
• Track corrective actions through resolution and report fleet health to stakeholders.
• Develop executive summaries highlighting connectivity risks and operational trends.
• Support onboarding and readiness for new deployments of connected fleets.
• Improve troubleshooting docs, processes, and installation practices; enhance workflows.
• Identify opportunities to automate connectivity monitoring, analysis, and reporting.
• Support evolving Customer Success initiatives and digital projects as the fleet grows.
