Applicants must hold LMSW/LPC and have at least 2 years of experience in mental health care in a fully remote setup. Pasadena Villa Outpatient offers robust education, benefits, and a supportive team environment.

Competenze

• Master’s degree in social work, marriage and family therapy, counseling, or psychology.
• Must hold an LMSW, LPC, and/or PhD, PsyD, in good standing in Michigan.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience with clients with a primary mental health diagnosis.

Mansioni

• Facilitates group, family and individual therapy sessions in accordance with the clinical program schedule.
• Completes psychosocial evaluations, treatment plans, contact logs, discharge plans and other reports in compliance with state and accrediting bodies.
• Documents timely and accurate records; reflects ongoing assessments of client presentation and behaviors.
• Supervises clinical interns and co-leads groups as appropriate.
• Collaborates with an interdisciplinary treatment team to coordinate client care from admission through discharge.
• Maintains therapeutic relationships and responds to client safety protocols in a virtual environment.
