Responsibilities

• Facilitates group, family and individual therapy sessions.
• Completes psychosocial evaluations and treatment plans.
• Maintains clinical documentation with timely accuracy.
• Collaborates with interdisciplinary team to coordinate care.
• Performs crisis intervention and de-escalation when needed.
