Job summary

Pasadena Villa Outpatient is seeking a Therapist I for a fully remote role in the U.S. The therapist will provide individual, group and family therapy within a virtual intensive outpatient program, developing treatment plans and coordinating care across the treatment team.

The position requires a master’s degree in social work, counseling, or psychology, plus an active California license and willingness to obtain Colorado licensure.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work, marriage and family therapy, counseling or psychology; active CA licensure; willingness to obtain CO licensure.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates group, family and individual therapy sessions per program schedule.
• Completes psychosocial evaluations, treatment plans, logs and discharge plans in compliance with guidelines.
• Documents assessments and progress; maintains timely records; coordinates care with interdisciplinary team.
• Engages in crisis intervention and de-escalation in a virtual environment; ensures client safety and emergency response as needed.
• Collaborates with clinical partners, families and referral sources throughout admission to discharge.
