Job summary

Pasadena Villa Outpatient LLC seeks a licensed Therapist I to provide individual, group and family therapy in a fully remote clinical program. You will assess clients, develop treatment plans, and coordinate care with an interdisciplinary team across the continuum of care.

The role requires current licensure (LPC/LCSW/LMFT), a master's degree in a mental health field, and at least 2 years of experience. You will document assessments and collaborate with families and partners to support recovery.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required in a mental health field.
• Must hold a LPC, LCSW, or LMFT in good standing.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience with clients with a primary mental health diagnosis.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates group, family and individual therapy sessions in accordance with the program schedule.
• Completes psychosocial evaluations, treatment plans, discharge plans and other reports on time.
• Documents all assessments and ongoing client progress within prescribed formats.
• Collaborates with an interdisciplinary treatment team to coordinate care from admission through discharge.
• Maintains therapeutic relationships with clients using appropriate reinforcement and empathy.
