Job summary

Michiana Behavioral Health is seeking a licensed therapist to join our Intensive Outpatient Program. The role offers multiple shift options and remote availability, with both virtual and in-person treatment modalities.

We emphasize compassionate, ethical care for adults and teens facing behavioral health and substance use challenges, with flexible hours to fit individual schedules. The ideal candidate holds an SSW/LMHC/LSW or equivalent license, brings experience in family and group therapies,

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work or a clinically related mental health field.
• At least 1 year of direct experience in family and group therapies, crisis intervention, and clinical assessment preferred.
• Licensure required: LSW, LMHC, LMFT or equivalent.
• Must be able to work flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Complete psychosocial assessment upon admission.
• Case management and treatment planning.
• Conduct group, individual and family sessions.
• Coordinate aftercare planning and follow-up.
• Document treatment provided in patient records in a timely manner.
• Attend regular treatment team meetings to provide social work perspective.
