Concerted Care Group is seeking a Remote Licensed Mental Health IOP Therapist to join our Maryland-based team. You will lead adult-focused IOP groups, provide individual and family sessions, and contribute to integrated treatment plans in a collaborative care model.

Eligible candidates must hold LCPC, LGPC, LCSW, or LMSW licensure in Maryland and be comfortable working remotely. The role offers a 30-hour workweek with flexible scheduling and ongoing clinical supervision.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of direct clinical experience providing mental health treatment.
• Comfortable working remotely.
• Strong knowledge of CBT, DBT, ACT, Motivational Interviewing, and trauma-informed care.
• EMDR experience is preferred.
• Experience with EMR systems.

Responsibilities

• Remote
• Schedule: Monday - Friday 3pm-9pm (about 30 hours per week)
• Provide individual and group psychotherapy for adults in our Mental Health IOP program
• Develop and maintain person-centered, trauma-informed treatment plans
• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and level-of-care determinations
• Educate patients on diagnoses, treatment approaches, and symptom management to support insight and empowerment
• Design and deliver engaging psychoeducational and skills groups focused on emotional regulation, coping skills, and mental wellness
• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, nurses, PRP, and fellow therapists to provide integrated mental health care
• Participate in treatment team meetings, case consultations, and discharge planning
• Coordinate care with families, referral sources, and external providers as appropriate
• Demonstrates commitment to excellent patient care, which is measured through clinical outcomes, such as patient retention, attendance and successful program completion
• Complete clinical documentation accurately and timely
