Concerted Care Group is seeking a Remote Licensed Mental Health IOP Therapist to join our interdisciplinary team. You will build strong therapeutic relationships, lead IOP groups, and deliver individual and family sessions in a remote setting.

The ideal candidate is licensed in Maryland (LCPC/LGPC/LCSW/LMSW) with 2+ years of clinical experience and strong CBT/DBT/ACT trauma-informed skills; EMDR is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed LCPC/LGPC/LCSW/LMSW in Maryland.
• Remote-capable and comfortable working remotely.
• Minimum 2 years of direct clinical mental health experience.
• Masters degree in counseling, social work, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of CBT, DBT, ACT, and trauma-informed care.
• EMDR experience preferred.
• Experience working with adolescents and adults.

Responsibilities

• Lead Mental Health IOP groups and deliver individual and family sessions.
• Develop person-centered, trauma-informed treatment plans.
• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and determine level of care.
• Educate patients on diagnoses and treatment approaches.
• Design psychoeducational and skills groups on emotional regulation and coping.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists and nurses to provide integrated care.
• Participate in treatment team meetings and discharge planning.
• Coordinate care with families and external providers.
• Maintain timely clinical documentation.
