Concerted Care Group is seeking a Remote Licensed Mental Health IOP Therapist to deliver evidence-based care and build strong therapeutic relationships with adults. You will lead IOP groups, provide individual and family sessions, and contribute to integrated treatment plans within a collaborative behavioral health model.

The role requires MD licensure (LCPC/LMSW/LCSW/LGPC) and at least 2 years of clinical experience, with a focus on CBT, DBT, ACT and trauma-informed care.

Qualifications

• Remote-capable mental health therapist role in Maryland.
• Minimum 2 years direct clinical experience in mental health treatment.
• Master’s degree in counseling, social work, or related field.
• Active independent licensure: LCSW, LMSW, LCPC, LGPC.
• Strong knowledge of CBT, DBT, ACT and trauma-informed care.
• EMDR experience preferred and EMR proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead Mental Health IOP Groups and facilitate individual and family sessions.
• Develop person-centered, trauma-informed treatment plans.
• Conduct mental health assessments and level-of-care determinations.
• Educate patients on diagnoses, treatment approaches, and symptom management.
• Design psychoeducational and skills groups focused on emotional regulation.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, nurses, and fellow therapists for integrated care.
• Participate in treatment team meetings and discharge planning.
• Coordinate care with families and external providers.
