Job summary

Kolmac Integrated Behavioral Health in Towson, MD is seeking a Licensed Mental Health Therapist for an Evening IOP role with a hybrid schedule (Towson in-person, remote Fridays). You will lead therapy groups, deliver individual sessions, and contribute to integrated treatment plans within a collaborative care model.

The role requires a Master’s degree, 2+ years of direct clinical experience, and knowledge of CBT/DBT/ACT and trauma-informed care.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related field.
• Strong working knowledge of CBT, DBT, ACT, and trauma-informed care.
• Minimum 2 years of direct clinical experience providing mental health treatment.
• Comfort using Electronic Medical Records (EMR).
• Commitment to ethical, patient-centered care and professional growth.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and group psychotherapy for adults.
• Develop and maintain person-centered, trauma-informed treatment plans.
• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and level-of-care determinations.
• Educate patients on diagnoses, treatment approaches, and symptom management to support insight, empowerment, and recovery.
• Design and deliver engaging process, psychoeducational and skills groups focused on emotional regulation, coping skills, and mental wellness.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, nurses, and fellow therapists to provide integrated mental health care.
• Participate in treatment team meetings, case consultations, and discharge planning.
• Case management services coordinating care with families, referral sources, and external providers.
• Provide crisis support through a shared on-call rotation.
• Complete clinical documentation accurately and timely.
• Other duties as assigned.
