Qualifications

• 2+ years of solar experience that involves technical troubleshooting (bonus for commercial systems)
• 2+ years of invoicing experience
• Salesforce CRM experience
• Invoicing experience in a large, regulated environment
• Commercial solar experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Use Salesforce data and partner invoices to locate discrepancy origins
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to decide validity and Salesforce updates
• Log invoice discrepancies
• Analyze discrepancy logs to identify patterns
• Develop SOP updates to address issues and present to leadership
• Approach problems with a consultant mindset and curiosity
