Job summary

RemoteLeads is seeking an Invoice and Claims Specialist to partner with Field Service teams and auditors to ensure accurate invoicing and timely close of work orders. You will audit scopes, enter pricing, review histories in Salesforce/NetSuite, and resolve invoice exceptions with external partners, aiming for 30-day close cycles and strong cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Experience in residential solar industry with understanding of scopes, equipment, and troubleshooting.
• Hands-on experience with SolarEdge and Enphase platforms.
• Proficiency using Salesforce to review case and work order histories.
• Experience managing field service providers or third-party vendors.
• Experience processing complex invoices and communicating professionally with partners.
• Strong investigative and analytical skills for cross-referencing contracts and identifying liability.
• Experience in high-volume operations or field service environment (preferred).
• Knowledge of solar or clean energy service industries (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Communicate with Field Service Partners to obtain missing deliverables required for invoice processing.
• Audit scopes of work and investigate invoicing concerns, case histories, and billing responsibility.
• Enter completed-service pricing in accordance with approved pricing tiers, rates, and billable parties.
• Review work order histories and process retroactive Non-covered Service Requests.
• Collaborate with Accounting and internal teams to approve invoices and close work orders within 30 days of submission.
• Validate performed work, identify discrepancies, and resolve invoice exceptions with external partners.
