Job summary

Long Angle, the world’s largest private community of VHNW individuals, seeks an Investment Operations Analyst to join our team. You will work with leadership across investment processes, platform operations, member relations, reporting, and education, with opportunities to launch new investment products under senior guidance.

This role starts immediately and is remote anywhere in the United States. You will support SPV work, capital calls forecasting, and investor education materials while

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in private markets or similar investment organizations.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or related field.
• Excellent written communication skills for internal and external use.
• Proven investor relations or operations experience in private equity or financial services.
• Experience with client-facing online/digital investment products.
• Proficient with data management tools such as Excel, Airtable, Claude, Hubspot, DocuSign.
• Process-oriented with a drive for continuous improvement and PM skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor existing investments and prepare investor-facing materials.
• Assist SPV creation and management of other investment vehicles.
• Support development of investment products including fund of funds and PLIs.
• Collaborate with Investor Relations for timely responses to inquiries.
• Develop knowledge of Long Angle’s private investments.
• Partner with engineering, product and design to improve the online experience.
• Improve investor onboarding and educational content.
• Assist with subscriptions, capital calls, and tracking investor activity.
• Support fundraising, operations, legal, and new product launches.
