Job summary

Assist World is seeking an Investment Operations & Client Service Specialist for a 100% REMOTE, part-time role with potential to move to full-time. You will support advisors and internal teams with account openings, maintenance, money movements, and information updates, ensuring accuracy and timely responses.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and experienced in wealth management, with strong written and verbal communication skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in investment operations or wealth management.
• Experience with client servicing in financial services.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to process high volume quickly without errors.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Open new investment accounts with custodians (e.g., Charles Schwab, Fidelity, Raymond James).
• Maintain and update existing client accounts.
• Process money movements and client information updates.
• Review documents for gaps and inaccuracies.
• Communicate with advisors and internal teams as needed.
• Collaborate with Black Diamond and Orion platforms.
• Escalate complex issues to team leads.
• Follow established processes and improve where possible.
• Maintain high accuracy with high-volume workload.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and communicate ideas.
