Job summary

Vident Advisory is seeking a Senior Portfolio Operations Analyst to support day-to-day fund operations across multiple asset classes. You will ensure data integrity, post-trade booking, settlement, and reconciliation, while collaborating with internal teams and external counterparties.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in investment operations, strong Excel, Bloomberg AIM experience, and proficiency in SQL or Python to improve workflows. Role supports remote work with travel to GA.

Qualifications

• M.B.A./Bachelor's degree in finance (or related major) required.
• 5+ years of experience in the investment management industry with a focus on investment operations across multiple asset classes.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily SOD controls and data validation for portfolios across asset classes.
• Oversee daily trade executions, booking, and cash activity including T+1 and distributions.
• Manage margin, collateral, and corporate actions; verify post-event outcomes.
• Perform daily position and cash reconciliations; support timely settlements and investigate breaks.
• Maintain brokerage and custodial relationships and assist with new account onboarding.
• Support month-end processes, NAV, and audit/regulatory data requests.
