Eliassen Group is seeking an experienced Investment Accounting Manager for a remote, consulting role. You will lead a critical initiative to stabilize and improve investment accounting processes, driving measurable operational improvements in a complex financial environment.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong stakeholder management, and program delivery with a W2 hourly rate of $85.00–$95.00. Collaboration across Accounting, Finance, Operations, and Technology is essential.

Competenze

• Proven experience leading remediation, transformation, or stabilization programs in investment accounting or financial operations.
• People leadership, oversight of vendor or managed-service teams and performance turnaround initiatives.
• Strong project/program management with governance and reporting processes.
• Ability to identify root causes and implement practical process and control improvements.
• Excellent communication and executive-level reporting skills.

• Lead a strategic investment accounting and operational improvement program with clear objectives and milestones.
• Assess processes, controls, workflows, and deliverables to identify gaps and remediation priorities.
• Provide leadership and accountability across internal and external teams to improve execution and performance.
