Eliassen Group is seeking an experienced Finance Transformation Program Lead to guide and execute critical finance transformation initiatives across Accounting, Tax, FP&A, Data, and Technology teams in a remote, consulting setting.

The role emphasizes strategic orientation with hands-on requirements gathering, process design, stakeholder management, and execution to drive efficiency and operating-model improvements for a global environment.

Qualifications

• Ten or more years leading finance transformation, finance operations, or enterprise transformation programs.
• Deep understanding of finance and accounting processes including revenue recognition and financial controls.
• Strong project and program management capabilities with a proven track record.
• Experience working with senior finance leaders.
• Ability to assess challenges, set priorities, and deliver practical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple finance transformation initiatives across Accounting, Tax, FP&A, Data, and Technology teams.
• Drive projects related to Revenue Recognition, Order-to-Cash (O2C) process improvements, and Global Indirect Tax transformation.
• Assess current-state finance processes, systems, controls, and operating models to identify improvement opportunities.
• Define practical future-state solutions and transformation roadmaps aligned to business objectives.
• Develop detailed project plans, governance structures, milestones, and accountability frameworks.
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders and facilitate decision‑making across business and technology teams.
• Lead process optimization efforts focused on efficiency, scalability, compliance, and operational excellence.
• Partner with Finance and Technology teams to improve data quality, reporting capabilities, and system effectiveness.
• Monitor project risks, dependencies, and change impacts while ensuring timely delivery of objectives.
• Establish metrics and KPIs to measure program success and drive continuous improvement.
