Job summary

NAES is seeking an Inventory Procurement Specialist for a remote position with about 15% travel. You will support procurement, inventory control, supplier relations, and cost-effective purchasing across 16 Heritage Project facilities.

The role uses Maximo for records and requires collaboration with plant teams and corporate staff to improve supply chain efficiency. Qualifications include an associate or bachelor’s degree in a related field and experience in procurement or inventory management.

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Admin, or related field preferred.
• Experience in purchasing, procurement, inventory management, or supply chain operations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate procurement, purchasing, and inventory activities across facilities.
• Process purchase requisitions, obtain quotations, issue PO's, and coordinate deliveries.
• Support supplier selection, pricing negotiations, and contract administration.
• Monitor inventory levels, stock, and discrepancies; improve accuracy.
• Maintain records in Maximo and generate procurement and spending reports.
• Collaborate with plant personnel and corporate teams to improve processes.
