Job summary

Inventory Coordinator to support our customers project teams throughout planning, procurement, manufacturing, delivery, and material-readiness across transmission, substation, distribution, and communications projects. Pay range is $33.00 - $40.00 per hour, start date early January 2027.

Work is primarily remote from a home office; occasional travel may be required. Agile Sourcing Partners offers competitive pay and benefits including health insurance, 401(k) with matching, and PTO.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of project management support experience.
• 1–2 years in direct customer-facing and materials management roles.
• Highly proficient in MS Excel and ERP inventory management.

Responsibilities

• Track equipment and material delivery dates using SCM docs and POs.
• Coordinate material readiness with site construction teams.
• Support up to eight project managers on projects from $250k to $20M.
• Verify BOMs against POs and provide status updates.
• Respond to quotes and orders and generate material reports.
• Occasional travel to vendor facilities to verify production readiness.
