STACK INFRASTRUCTURE is seeking an early-career Supply Chain Coordinator - Materials & Sourcing to manage equipment flow across data center sites. You will handle inventory accuracy, PO coordination, and shipment tracking while collaborating with Sourcing, Engineering, and Site Operations. Location: Denver, CO preferred or 100% remote.

Up to 10% travel. Must be eligible to work in the United States. Compensation range: $76,320.00–$83,740.00 per year.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience.
• 0–3 years in supply chain, materials, logistics, procurement, construction operations, or related internship.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to reconcile data from multiple sources.
• Proficient in Excel, Smartsheets, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams; willing to build analytics skills.
• Ability to communicate professionally with internal partners, suppliers, and logistics providers; escalate risks clearly.
• Comfort learning ERP, procurement, inventory, and BI tools.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Interest in data center infrastructure, supply chains, material flow, and strategic sourcing.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain accurate inventory and storage records across sites.
• Reconcile purchase orders, inventory reports, shipment status, ERP data; identify gaps and resolve.
• Support cycle counts, audits, storage inspections, and invoice validation.
• Coordinate with suppliers, logistics, construction teams, and site ops to track deliveries.
• Prepare dashboards and reports on lead-time, delivery, inventory, and storage risks.
• Support supplier reviews by compiling data and monitoring follow-through.
• Assist with sourcing events from request through award, including bid packages and supplier communications.
• Support PO creation, change management, and closeout per controls.
• Develop standard work, playbooks, templates, and data-quality checks.
