Deckers Brands in Goleta, CA (Remote) seeks an Inventory Management Analyst to support seasonal buy plans and alignment with regional supply strategy. You will analyze inventory, ATP, and lifecycle data, partnering with Global Supply Planning, Demand Planning, Sales, Finance, Logistics, and channels to manage disruptions and ensure supply availability for the North America marketplace.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; degree in supply chain management, business, merchandising, analytics, or related field preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in supply planning, inventory management, demand planning, merchandising, analytics, or related function.
• Exposure to planning systems, ERP tools, inventory reporting, or supply chain data platforms preferred.
• Strong Excel skills and ability to work with large data sets.
• Clear communication and ability to summarize complex analysis for cross-functional partners.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, maintain, and analyze seasonal buy plan inputs in line with the seasonal supply strategy.
• Create reporting, analysis, and meeting materials for monthly Buy Review discussions.
• Capture follow-ups and support execution of actions with cross-functional teams.
• Analyze supply disruptions, inventory risks, and exceptions; recommend next steps for manager review.
• Review inventory, supply, ATP, and product lifecycle data to identify trends and risks.
• Escalate issues with context, recommended steps, and implications for service or revenue.
• Translate high-volume data into concise reporting highlighting trends and risks.
• Support Demand Planning by reviewing forecasts against incoming supply.
