Fuze Health Inc. is seeking an Inventory Control Manager to lead pharmacy inventory programs, drive reductions in shrink and write-offs, and standardize receiving, put-away, and disposition processes.

You will build dashboards, analyze trends, and partner with Operations, Procurement, and Finance to strengthen controls. The role requires experience in pharmacy or healthcare inventory, strong Excel and ERP skills, and the ability to train teams across locations.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, operations, or related field or equivalent work experience.
• Experience managing inventory in pharmacy operations, supply chain, warehousing, distribution, or manufacturing.
• Experience leading physical inventories, cycle counts, reconciliations, and investigations.
• Ability to perform root-cause analysis using inventory data and process docs.
• Knowledge of cycle-count programs, adjustment controls, aging, and loss prevention.
• Experience with ERP/inventory systems and data visualization tools.
• Advanced Excel skills with pivot tables, lookups, formulas, and data analysis.
• Experience training staff on inventory systems, procedures, and compliance.

Responsabilidades

• Lead inventory control programs across pharmacy operations including physical inventories and cycle counts.
• Analyze inventory data to identify root causes and reduce write-offs, excess inventory, and shrink.
• Establish standard procedures for receiving, put-away, movement, dispensing, returns, transfers, and disposition.
• Monitor inventory accuracy, days on hand, inventory turns, and expirations.
• Build dashboards and reports highlighting risks, trends, and exceptions.
• Collaborate with Pharmacy Ops, Procurement, Supply Chain, Finance, Compliance, Data, Product, and Engineering.
• Develop SOPs and training materials for inventory processes.
• Improve inventory systems and automate controls and reporting.
• Lead and train inventory team; set performance measures.
