Job summary

Extenteam is seeking a Recruiter Specialist to schedule US-based interview rounds across various roles. You will follow established scripts, manage calendar invites, and keep ATS records up to date.

This is a remote, process-driven role with no hiring decisions. Required is a college diploma or equivalent, 2+ years in scheduling/administrative roles, and strong communication in English; Spanish bilingualism and ATS familiarity are preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have a college diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years in scheduling, administrative, customer service, or coordinator roles.

Responsibilities

• Contact candidates advanced to second- and third-round interviews using approved scripts.
• Send calendar invitations with correct date, time, time zone, location or video link, and interview details.
• Coordinate interviewer availability and resolve scheduling conflicts, reschedules, and cancellations promptly.
• Communicate with candidates in English or Spanish per preference.
• Update candidate status, notes, and interview dates in the ATS the same day.
• Track scheduled interviews across multiple open roles (e.g., leasing, maintenance, property management, office staff).
