Stride, Inc. and its Ohio Virtual Academy (OHVA) are seeking an Intervention Specialist for grades 3-5 in a remote capacity.

You will modify lessons, develop literacy, communication, and math skills, and teach independent living skills to students with diverse needs while aligning with state standards. The role requires an Ohio Intervention Specialist License, a bachelor’s degree, and the ability to travel up to 20%.

Formación

• Requires State of Ohio Intervention Specialist License.
• Bachelor's degree and equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Modify and adapt K12 curriculum to meet state standards and individual student needs.
• Write and maintain compliant IEPs for students with disabilities.
• Collaborate with general education teachers to achieve student goals.
• Educate parents on instructional strategies and progress.
